The RESPI-IN-OUT comes with 3 coloured connectors: red, yellow and green. Each connector has a filter with different sized holes. By using a different connector, you can vary the level of the exercise. The red connector is the most easy training (ratio 1:1), green the most difficult (ratio 1:2) and yellow is in between (1:1.5). The RESPI-IN-OUT shows values between 1 and 14.
