You can insert the ClipAir easily with the loop facing downward. For extra flexibility, briefly place the dilator in warm water (60°C) beforehand so it can better adapt to your nose. Clean the device daily with lukewarm water and mild soap, and replace it every three months for optimal hygiene. Athletes also benefit from the nasal dilator: it reduces breathing effort, improves oxygen intake, and prevents the nasal wings from collapsing during strong inhalation.
