Orders with a value of € 75 and over ship free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under € 75, a shipping fee of € 5,65 applies for regular parcels and € 3,95 for mailbox parcels. By default, we ship to most countries within Europe, but upon request, we can ship worldwide. Please contact us to arrange this.
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return your order. We strive to make this process as easy as possible: orders with a value over € 75 can be returned free of charge. Please see the return policy further down this page for more details.
Would you like to collect your order from our location in Utrecht? You can select this option when placing your order. Once payment has been received, we will process your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
If you would like to view a product at our office, this is also possible. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance so we can reserve a time slot for you (we work on appointment).
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Our courier service, DPD, delivers Monday through Saturday.
Orders received before 1:00 PM are generally shipped the same day. Delivery time within the Netherlands is then 1 business day (subject to delays). Therefore, you can expect delivery time of 1-2 business days after placing and paying for your order. The vast majority of items are in stock, but some products have a longer delivery time; if this is the case, it will be indicated on the product page.
At the end of the shipping day, you will receive a tracking link for your shipment by email. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email or SMS specifying the time window in which your package will be delivered. Most of the time this e-mail will allow you to make changes to the delivery. You may also grant permission for the package to be left without a signature. We advise caution when using this option, as you accept the risks and liability for any loss or damage to the package.
If you prefer to collect your order yourself, please select ‘Service Point Delivery’ at checkout. You can find your nearest DPD pickup parcelshop on the website of DPD Netherlands.
For products you purchase online, you are legally entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order: this is called the "right of withdrawal". At Oxigo, we have extended this period to 30 days. Would you like to exercise this right? Please inform us first. You can do so by using this form (PDF). However, you may also call or email us. Be sure to mention your order number and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once we have confirmed receipt of your notification, you may return the products.
Orders of € 75 or more can be returned free of charge. As soon as you notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will send you an email with a return label. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a parcel point near you.
As we sell medical devices, the return of our products is subject to certain conditions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases involving the supply of products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
