Flexible Yankauers for different types of suction

This is a flexible suction cannula, particularly suitable for suctioning sensitive and deep areas, without damaging the tissue. The cannula is softer and more comfortable than other types of Yankauers. This type is not only used for oral aspiration, but also for suction-assisted laryngoscopy or for airway decontamination. This Yankauer doesn’t have an integrated suction stop. If the patient tubing that you use doesn’t have a suction stop neither, you’ll need to order a separate suction stop (available in our online store). The female connector of the suction cannula can be connected directly to the patient tubing of the Medela Clario suction pump, which has its own fingertip suction stop. In that case, you won’t need a separate suction stop.
