Free shipping and free returns

All orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped free of charge for orders over € 50. For orders under € 50, a shipping fee of €4.95 applies within the Netherlands and € 8.95 within Belgium. By default, we ship to most countries within Europe, but upon request, we can ship worldwide. Please contact us to arrange this.

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days to return your order. We strive to make this process as easy as possible: orders over € 50 can be returned free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. Please see the return policy further down this page for more details.

Order pickup in Utrecht

Would you like to collect your order from our location in Utrecht? You may indicate this when placing your order. Once payment has been received, we will process your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

If you wish to view a product of interest first or pay for your order in person, this is also possible. We kindly ask you to contact us in advance so that we can allocate time for you (we work on appointment).

Delivery times

Fast: If you require your order the next day or wish to have it delivered on a specific date, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Clear: With our Predict service, there is no need to wait at home all day for your delivery. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email or SMS specifying the time window in which your package will be delivered. If the proposed time is inconvenient, you may immediately arrange an alternative delivery day. Through this message, you may also grant permission for the package to be left without a signature. We advise caution when using this option, as you accept the risks and liability for any loss or damage to the package.

Convenient: If you are not home during the day and prefer to collect your order yourself, please select ‘Service Point Delivery’ at checkout. You can find your nearest DPD pickup parcelshop on the website of DPD Netherlands or DPD Belgium.

Returns

Distance purchasing at Oxigo

For products you purchase online, you are legally entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order: this is called the "right of withdrawal". At Oxigo, we have extended this period to 30 days. Would you like to exercise this right? Please inform us first. You can do so by using this form (PDF). However, you may also call or email us. Be sure to mention your order number and clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once we have confirmed receipt of your notification, you may return the products.

Orders of € 50 or more can be returned free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. As soon as you notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, we will send you an email with a return label. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a parcel point near you.

Conditions

As we sell medical devices, the return of our products is subject to certain conditions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases involving the supply of products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
